In research studies or development applications where heat, moisture, or corrosive chemicals may damage equipment, pH probe durability is key. The S1010CD is durable inside and out. All the functional components – the pH glass, the meter connection, and the cable connection – are reinforced with protective elements. A double junction reference prevents contamination by heavy metals, proteins, TRIS buffer, and other contaminants.
