    Our TDS / Conductivity Calibration Standards are prepared to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) primary solutions standards.     The EM802-ORP is our most cost-effective solution for connecting our S8000 series ORP sensors to a PLC or SCADA system. This small electronic module functions as a blind ORP transmitter with a 4-20mA or MODBUS/RS485 output. No additional instrumentation is required to condition the sensor signal to be read by your PLC or SCADA. It can also be used to pair Sensorex sensors with any controller that has a 4-20mA or RS485 input card. Easily connects to our S8200 Modular ORP Sensor Package to form a complete ORP monitoring solution.

  • pH sensor refill solution
    Refillable glass pH electrodes contain liquid electrolyte solution, which serves to close the electrical circuit in a pH electrode. The electrolyte solution must have electrical contact with the solution being measured. Contact is made via a semipermeable junction, which permits a consistent outflow of liquid electrolyte.  Over time, electrolyte is depleted and should be replaced.

  • pH Detector
    The pH Detectors are designed for use with a variety of instrumental techniques such as FIA, HPLC and IEF and are also used to continuously monitor the pH of low volume flows in bench scale chemical systems. The pH detector system is specially designed to achieve ultra fast response times. A flat surface pH electrode (S450CD) located at the top of the flow cavity allows for very low internal volumes. The resulting rectangular cross-section flow path has no protruding parts which could interfere with a clean sweeping flow.

    Extend the life of your pH and ORP sensors by using the Sensorex pH electrode storage solution. When the sensor is not in use, place the sensor glass measurement area into the storage solution. The pH electrode storage solutions are supplied in pints (473 ml).

    pH and ORP measurement loops can be difficult to troubleshoot unless you have the right tools. Our CAL-C110 simulator mimics the signal of a perfect pH or ORP sensor. No need to throw away good sensors when the issue may be the interconnection cables or pH/ORP instrument. The simulator costs less than most pH or ORP sensors. It can easily pay for itself the very first time you consider disposing of a perfectly good sensor.
