1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Sensorex, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 11751 Markon Drive, Garden Grove, CA 92841, USA.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who are registered attendees of WEFTEC 2026. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins when the WEFTEC 2026 exhibition floor opens to attendees on September 28, 2026 and ends when the exhibition floor closes on September 30, 2026, in each case as published by the Water Environment Federation (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's designated representative at Booth 6947 is the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit Sponsor's booth (Hall H, Booth 6947) at WEFTEC 2026 and permit a Sponsor representative to scan your attendee badge. Each badge scan constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by any means other than as described are void.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter without a badge scan, hand print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: Sensorex, Inc., Attn: WEFTEC 2026 Giveaway, 11751 Markon Drive, Garden Grove, CA 92841, USA. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 and received by October 9, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a Blackstone 22" Omnivore Tabletop Griddle and a Blackstone 3-Piece Hamburger Kit. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize: $300.00 USD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, from Sponsor. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 14, 2026, to be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information associated with the entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return any required documents within the time specified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment.

8. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sensorex, Inc., Attn: WEFTEC 2026 Giveaway Winner List, 11751 Markon Drive, Garden Grove, CA 92841, USA within ninety (90) days after the drawing date.
